Spring

So I just realized that I've asked everyone what their favorite thing about spring was and I never told you mine.

Spring is my absolute favorite time of year. I'm an outdoor kind of girl and photography is a hobby of mine.

Spring means I can get outside with the kids and get some snap some shots to see how they have grown. I love all the flowers and color spring brings.

For me Spring is a time of reflection and renewal. I love the thought of new beginnings and starting fresh.

Nate, Emily and Ryan

Um

Well let's just say they have their own favorite things about spring.

Nate loves to get out his pole and assume the position.

This is where he will spend most of his summer. I don't think he even noticed the dock was not in the water yet. {Smile}


And then there's Nate's trusty worm hunter Ryan.

Nate loves to fish. Ryan well let's just call him an animal lover. He prefers to think of the worms as his pets.

He will tell Nate all summer long that his "wormy friends" do not like to go swimming!

Nate on the other hand has become pretty good at getting his bait away from Ryan. He knows there is only one thing Ryan loves more than worms.

Yep the only other Love of spring Ryan has is . . . . TOADS.

Oh if I only had a penny for every "friend" Ryan brings home.

Then there's my princess Emily. She loves spring flowers and photos just like her mama.

But you all know I'm not good at sugar coating things so if I'm truly being honest. . . . .

Emily is not afraid of a little ol' toad. Can you blame a girl for tryin' to find her prince?
