Mama needs a Lia fix!

I thought some of you might like to see the care package we are sending off to little miss Lia today.

It's Care Package Time! I must admit, it's my favorite time during this process. This one is sent with love from home or "homemade" as Emily would say.

The recordable story book we found at Halmark. Each of us recorded a page for her. A few pages in English and a few in some pretty choppy Mandarin.

Oh how I hope we will get to see new pictures of little miss Lia! The waiting is getting more and more difficult. We can't wait to get her home. Some days it feels so far away. The kids can't wait for her to come home in time to enjoy some summer fun.

Common paperwork. . . . praying for speedy processing! Lia we miss you so much and can't wait to hold you sweet girl.

  5. Oh believe me, I know the feeling. Waiting can be so hard and time seems to stand still in the process. We are on the very final leg, expecting our TA anyday now, and just learned that it is indeed sitting on the directors desk, and just needs his signature to be a done deal... only problem is, he's out on business and might not be back for two weeks! UGH!! But I have to trust God in this, too. I know it's all in HIS perfect timing and not mine.

The care package is perfect. Love the Hallmark book and the pillow especially! I hope you get photos of Lia opening them. And if so... DO share! ;)

    Have a blessed weekend!

    love,
    Tanya
